The award was nice. I feel like customer service could have been better when asking questions. There should be a way for longer names to fit all on one line. I felt like I received condescending responses to my inquiries.

Seller was very responsive and sent me samples to make sure the photos were how I wanted. Very happy with this product! Didn't do 5/5 because the picture is not centered - it's very off. Really love the packaging it comes in and looks great (other than the fact it's not centered)
Update - changed to 5/5 because I reached out asking if I could get one centered and the seller sent another one the next day! very satisfied
The design was amazing.. The logo was a bit smaller than anticipated and it's about the size of a necklace box for reference if that helps but it was still so so cute and my BF LOVED it !

Product shipped extremely fast and the seller had great communication skills. Only issue is that the creator added 'thank-you statement' above the thank you statement which was only supposed to identify what it was and I did not want that prints.
