I absolutely love it! My thought behind it was realizing there are hundreds of thousands of 'Baby's 1st Christmas' ornaments on the market but no '1st Christmas as Mom and Dad' so I can't wait until my best friend and her husband open it!

The service was great when the product showed up not as it was supposed to with the acrylic base being too small but Cielo's Designs responded very quickly and sent me a replacement. The quality was very good too and I was very excited to give it as a gift to my boyfriend. I would highly recommend going with Cielo's Designs!

The award was nice. I feel like customer service could have been better when asking questions. There should be a way for longer names to fit all on one line. I felt like I received condescending responses to my inquiries.

Seller was very responsive and sent me samples to make sure the photos were how I wanted. Very happy with this product! Didn't do 5/5 because the picture is not centered - it's very off. Really love the packaging it comes in and looks great (other than the fact it's not centered)
Update - changed to 5/5 because I reached out asking if I could get one centered and the seller sent another one the next day! very satisfied
The design was amazing.. The logo was a bit smaller than anticipated and it's about the size of a necklace box for reference if that helps but it was still so so cute and my BF LOVED it !

Product shipped extremely fast and the seller had great communication skills. Only issue is that the creator added 'thank-you statement' above the thank you statement which was only supposed to identify what it was and I did not want that prints.
